Please note that the base rate the USPS currently (as of Oct 2022) charges for packages to Canada & Mexico is $14.25. Yeah, I know. I'm not thrilled about it either. So unfortunately, the cost of shipping is a bit high. Sorry.

Unless marked "RTS" (ready to sell) all items are made when they are ordered. For US shipping, all orders must be placed by December 15th (December 18th if you choose expedited shipping) for delivery by the 25th. Outside of the US, all orders must be placed by December 1st as the USPS tells me it could take "two weeks at the very least" to get orders where they need to be. Please note that the 2 week window can't be 100% guaranteed because it could be delayed by customs where you are.

Where do you ship from?

I don't like the yarn used in one of your products I would like to buy. Are you willing to change it?
-- If you want to switch to wool or angora, I'm allergic, and unable to change to those fibers. As for other yarns, contact me. Because of the structure of some items, yarn cannot be changed to a different fiber, though some can. And I'm more than willing to work with you :)

Can I get that in a different fabric?
--Possibly. Some items are made without a pattern. If they are, it will be noted in the description. If it's not, I likely can swap fabrics. Feel free to contact me and ask. :)

Do you have a physical shop?
--Currently no. I have a studio that I work in, but it isn't open to customers for brick and mortar shopping.
